Frequently asked questions
Do you issue invoices to companies?
Yes, to your company ID and VAT number. When ordering online, just tick the company purchase option and we look up your details in the business register.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
For regular deliveries we send one summary invoice a month payable by transfer. One-off orders are paid online by card and the invoice arrives by e-mail.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Regular deliveries run month to month and you can pause or end them at any time.
Where and when do you deliver?
Across Prague by courier. Regular deliveries on an agreed day and time, express usually within 90 minutes, at night for a surcharge.
Can you deliver a bouquet today?
Usually yes. During opening hours we prepare it as a priority and usually deliver within 90 minutes, depending on what we have in the studio.
Can you add our logo and colours?
Yes. Cards with your logo and message, bouquets and decorations in your brand colours.
How do you send gifts to many people at once?
Send us a list of names, addresses and dates, a spreadsheet is fine. We deliver everything and send you a delivery overview.
What if a bouquet arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and we replace it.
