Delivery
We deliver across Prague by courier. Delivery costs 200 CZK per order, regardless of its value.
Within 90 minutes. During shop opening hours we prepare and dispatch your bouquet as a priority. It usually arrives within 90 minutes of ordering.
In a chosen time window. At checkout you pick the day and a one-hour window. The earliest possible slot is offered automatically based on opening hours and preparation time.
At night. For a surcharge of 500 CZK we deliver outside opening hours as well. Night delivery has to be ordered while the shop is open.
Pickup is free at our shop at Slavíkova 9, Prague 3 – Vinohrady. The bouquet is usually ready about an hour after you order.
We deliver to addresses in Prague only. You always see the exact time and total price at checkout before paying.

Pick-up
Pick up your bouquet at the shop during opening hours. It is ready within an hour of ordering.
Recipient not reached
If we cannot reach the recipient, we keep the bouquet in the shop, where it can be picked up free of charge until the end of the next day. Redelivery costs 400 Kč, at night plus the night delivery surcharge.
